This is a book-based, interactive course combining group coaching, facilitation, and practical reflection. Together, we’ll reflect, exchange insights, and discover actionable strategies to make parenting in the digital age a bit easier.

It is based on The Anxious Generation, a powerful book that explores how smartphones, social media, and a highly protective parenting style have harmed the mental health of today’s teens. Through guided reading and group discussions, we’ll explore practical ways to restore balance to childhood and support children’s emotional well-being in today’s world.
